Schedule
Remote (U.S. only), full-time. Your schedule will align with onboarding sessions, trainings, and customer needs, so you’ll want flexibility and strong time management. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.
What You’ll Do
• Own the onboarding journey for new key and enterprise accounts, from activation through adoption and product utilization
• Lead onboarding projects with multiple stakeholders, keeping timelines, action items, and expectations crystal clear
• Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing enablement for key accounts after onboarding wraps
• Translate customer trends, feedback, and blockers into clear insights for internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering, tech support)
• Identify improvement and expansion opportunities that help customers get more value from the platform
• Troubleshoot issues with strong product knowledge and a creative, solution-first mindset
• Use qualitative and quantitative signals to improve onboarding efficiency and customer outcomes
What You Need
• 1–3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, onboarding, or sales
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• A track record of building trust quickly with new customers and hitting success metrics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional presence in live trainings
• Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate technical questions calmly
• Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Bonus: Experience with home services industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, maid services) and cross-functional collaboration

Hiring range is $23.99–$28.21/hour (base + bonus), with pay based on skills, experience, and location.
