This is a “white-glove onboarding + long-term success” role for Housecall Pro’s enterprise customers. You’ll run the onboarding project like a consultant, then stay involved for training, coaching, and adoption after go-live.
About Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro builds software that helps home service businesses streamline scheduling, dispatching, payments, and operations so they can grow and get time back. Customer Success is the “human face” of the company, partnering directly with Pros to drive outcomes.

Enterprise onboarding is timeline-driven with multiple stakeholders.
Pay is hourly with bonus baked in.

- Handle post-onboarding training/coaching requests for key accounts
- Share customer trends and feedback across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support
- Develop and nurture Pros into advocates
- Spot expansion opportunities and recommend improvements to strengthen the customer’s experience
- Organize timelines, action items, and stakeholders to keep onboarding moving
- Use qualitative + quantitative analysis to improve outcomes
- Troubleshoot technical issues with deep product knowledge and creative problem-solving
What You Need
- 1–3+ years in customer success, implementation, onboarding, or sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Track record building relationships, driving adoption, and hitting success metrics
- Strong communication, detail, organization, and time management
- Self-starter mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: bilingual English/Spanish
- Bonus: familiarity/credibility with home service trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, maid services)
Benefits
- Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k)
- Paid holidays + flexible PTO
- Monthly tech reimbursements
- Paid parental leave + Employee Assistance Program
- Remote role with compensation range of $23.99–$28.21/hour (base + bonus)

Straight talk: if you’re not comfortable running projects with multiple stakeholders (and gently “driving the bus” when customers are slow), this role will eat you alive. If you are, it’s a strong stepping stone into Implementation Manager or Enterprise CSM.
