- Remote role (U.S. based)
- Full-time position
- Anticipated pay: $80,000 annually + $20,000 variable compensation plan
- Includes U.S. employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted client advisor through proactive communication and product guidance
- Drive user adoption with tips, best practices, and training sessions
- Manage renewal portfolios, negotiate multi-year agreements, and identify expansion opportunities
- Track client success metrics and demonstrate value throughout the lifecycle
- Collaborate across sales, account management, and marketing to strengthen client advocacy
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing client support
What You Need
- Desire to become a subject matter expert in Mitratech products
- Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience managing multiple critical projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office products (training provided, no coding required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous client success, account management, or business analysis experience a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
