What You’ll Do
⦁ Own a portfolio of assigned customers and deliver value across the full customer lifecycle
⦁ Carry a revenue quota and drive renewals, upsells, and cross sells within named accounts
⦁ Build relationships with senior management and C level stakeholders and run QBRs to align goals and outcomes
⦁ Negotiate licensing and renewal contracts while navigating procurement processes
⦁ Troubleshoot customer issues and escalations, partnering with internal teams when needed
⦁ Advise customers on best practices to prevent password related breaches and improve security posture
⦁ Become a product expert and occasionally support sales or marketing calls and webinars
⦁ Drive advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies
⦁ Use data driven reviews to assess risk, prioritize opportunities, and improve adoption and engagement
⦁ Help evolve Keeper’s customer success programs and processes and uphold high execution standards
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year experience in account management, SaaS customer success, or sales roles
⦁ Strong technical knowledge around integrations such as SSO and directory services, plus onboarding and implementation basics
⦁ Experience selling to or supporting enterprise customers, including IT and cybersecurity leaders
⦁ Strong ownership mindset, autonomy, and proactive problem solving
⦁ Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and professional communication
⦁ Working knowledge of Salesforce
⦁ BA or BS preferred
⦁ IAM industry experience is a plus
