What You’ll Do
⦁ Serve as the primary post-implementation relationship manager, building champions and aligning platform usage to customer goals through renewals
⦁ Monitor usage metrics and customer health scores to identify risk, drive adoption, and spot expansion opportunities
⦁ Lead renewal and expansion strategies with cross-functional partners (Account Managers, Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Support)
What You Need
⦁ 5+ years of customer-facing SaaS experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
⦁ Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to handle both technical and strategic conversations
⦁ Experience with Salesforce and customer success tools, plus a BA/BS degree (manufacturing, packaging, consumer goods, or supply chain experience preferred)
