Schedule
- Full-time, remote — California-based candidates only
- Partner closely with Sales, Support, Implementation, Product, and Finance teams
- Travel required: ~1 conference per year + quarterly community events
- Expected Total Compensation: $80,000–$115,000 OTE
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of large and enterprise school district accounts across CA
- Build strategic success plans focused on adoption, renewal, expansion, and ROI
- Support implementations from data integration to system configuration
- Lead ongoing customer education, product demos, and rollout strategies
- Monitor adoption, resolve escalations, share best practices, and champion customer wins
- Surface feedback to internal teams to improve product and customer experience
- Foster long-term relationships with district leaders and decision-makers
What You Need
- 2+ years as a CSM or Account Manager managing enterprise customers in SaaS
- 2+ years K-12 edtech experience, ideally supporting large district rollouts
- Experience with SIS platforms or school communication tools preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver
- Comfortable managing priorities and complex projects in a fast-paced environment
