The Role
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to help scale our customer base in the Mid-Market sector. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, scrappy, and willing to learn and take action. As a Customer Success Manager at GoodTime, you will help change the way companies run their current recruiting operations. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our account management and customer success processes.
What You Will Do
- Own the health and success of your customers from go-live through to renewal and expansion
- Proactively engage your clients at the right times to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy
- Build strong executive level relationships; must have a proven record of building strong relationships with executive and C-suite level for executive buy-in
- Use data insights to track client health, and forecast and mitigate risk of churn
- Partner with sales counterparts to ensure renewal and expansion opportunities are planned, forecasted and actioned efficiently
- Customer Onboarding/Product Adoption to successfully onboard new customers and drive early adoption
- Maintain an expert level understanding of the GoodTime Hiring product (technical and workflow) and industry to identify new opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to deliver an incredible customer experience
- Contribute to the scalability of the customer success team through documentation and process optimization
- Proactively build and monitor customer experience playbooks; create strategies and customer playbooks to address, track actions and monitor the results of the playbooks, etc.
Who you are
- Minimum of 2+ year’s experience as a Customer Success Manager at a SaaS company and have worked with demanding Mid-Market size accounts
- Master multitasker and can juggle multiple accounts simultaneously with outstanding attention to detail
- Influence product, success, support, and sales teams to get things done
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management and communication skills
- Superb client-facing skills and radiate enthusiasm, high energy, poise, and confidence
- Articulate the value proposition of a technology platform to meet client needs
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and business teams
- Previous start-up experience strongly preferred
