Job Overview:

As a CSR, you’ll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients. You’ll help them discover the full value of the platform, offer solutions that support their goals, and ensure their success with the technology. Responsibilities:
- Be a proactive, friendly point of contact for your clients, building trust and providing support that meets their unique needs.
- Stay in regular communication to understand their goals and identify ways to improve their experience.
- Help clients get the most out of their GPS fleet tracking systems, from onboarding through ongoing usage and upgrades.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a consistent and seamless experience.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by introducing new features, services, or pricing solutions.
- Troubleshoot any issues with services or tech to ensure a quick resolution and client satisfaction.
- Track key account metrics and share insights with the team to continuously improve our service.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture that values inclusion, learning, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with high-level business clients.
- A natural relationship-builder with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working with data and digital tools to solve problems and spot opportunities.
- Organized, self-motivated, and good at managing your time.
- Excited about learning and adapting in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Technical Requirements:
For this program Activus Connect will provide you with a laptop to use. You will need to provide the following additional items.
- High-Speed, hardwired internet with at least 20 down/20 up speed.
- No wireless, satellite, Wi-Fi-based internet services. VPN usage is not permitted while working.
- Second monitor and cable to connect it to the laptop.
- Wired USB Headset for taking calls.
