We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to help Rev’s customers successfully onboard, adopt, and utilize Rev. You’ll be part of a quickly-expanding team and your input will be crucial to the CS org’s direction. This role will report to the Director, Customer Success & Support.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients, maintain existing customers by providing value through Rev’s services, solve customer challenges and proactively mitigate churn
- Develop contracted accounts into our highest value customers who are strong advocates and promoters of Rev
- Communicate and quarterback commonly requested features to the Product team and drive product innovation by advocating for client needs
- Be the “face of Rev” for Rev customers, owning the onboarding process and providing account support as needed
- Promote customer satisfaction and retention by proactive engagement
- Create and run business reviews for contracted accounts
- Provide clients with ongoing updates to the Product roadmap
- Help build and establish best practices for the customer success organization
- Help mentor/coach junior members of the team
Qualifications
- 4-6 years in a customer success role or another customer-facing position
- 2+ years in a customer success role
- Experience working at SaaS B2B company is a must
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Good listener who can understand customer needs and communicate Rev’s value proposition
- Ability to get into the weeds and solve problems independently
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
