This is a client-advocacy, VIP-facing support role where you’re the “fixer” for high-priority accounts. You’ll resolve complex benefits issues, educate clients and members, analyze VIP account trends, and coordinate internally to keep service tight and retention strong. If you like being the calm quarterback when things get messy, this is that job.
