- Availability Monday–Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. CST (flex scheduling within that window)
What You’ll Do
- Own support for high-priority and VIP clients as the primary point of contact for complex issues
- Act as the bridge between members and clients when direct client communication is required to resolve cases
- Set expectations, recommend solutions, and educate clients and participants on plan features and platform navigation
- Build strong internal partnerships to drive resolutions, identify process improvements, and strengthen retention
- Analyze VIP account data to spot trends, anticipate needs, and tailor support
- Apply critical thinking and sound judgment while following laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in every interaction
- Document client interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups to meet quality and reporting standards
What You Need
- Associate’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Benefits management, claims, insurance, or healthcare experience (required)
- 2+ years in customer service/client support in a high-volume, complex environment
- Strong consultative problem-solving and client education skills
- Clear communication across phone, email, and chat, with professional “VIP-ready” presence
- Comfort using CRM tools and analyzing account data to guide decisions
- Strong multitasking and time management in a deadline-driven environment
