What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor for major gig economy clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Build strategic, multi-level relationships with key decision makers.
- Lead consultative discussions focused on risk mitigation, compliance, and technology-driven solutions.
- Translate client needs into scalable, tech-enabled service enhancements.
- Manage complex integrations, including API and data security workflows.
- Conduct regular business reviews highlighting measurable ROI and process improvements.
- Develop strategic account plans to increase revenue and deepen customer trust.
What You Need
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management supporting enterprise clients.
- Proven success managing technology integrations and compliance-heavy environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with APIs, ATS, or HRIS platform integrations.
- Background in the gig economy or trust & safety operations preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Ability to travel quarterly for client engagement.
