DocGo is seeking Customer Success Coordinators to support patients across its mobile health and telehealth services. In this remote role, you’ll help patients schedule visits, manage documentation, and coordinate with clinicians—making healthcare more accessible and efficient for thousands of people.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Hourly pay: $16 – $20.34 per hour
- Requires stable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule patient appointments and support care access
- Answer inbound calls to assist with pre- and post-visit needs
- Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and manage non-clinical documentation
- Communicate with patients, providers, and mobile health clinicians across platforms
- Document all interactions in CRM/EMR systems accurately
- Participate in team meetings and maintain positive QA and KPI reviews
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in call center, customer service, or phone-based support
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM/EMR systems
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong multitasking, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Healthcare, patient scheduling, or medical billing background
- Experience with AthenaHealth EMR, Five9 phone systems, or CRM platforms
