- Client-facing communication and project coordination responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Manage client relationships and serve as main point of contact
- Respond to client emails within 24 hours with clear updates or timelines
- Lead client meetings and handle escalations
- Coordinate internal teams and ensure aligned communication
- Facilitate project timelines and deliverables
- Identify challenges, process improvements, and revenue opportunities
- Spot potential upsell opportunities and connect account executives
- Provide high-value support and resolve client issues efficiently
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned
What You Need
- 4+ years of client success, account management, or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
