- Offices in New York, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, and Seattle
- Compensation: $90K–$110K + Equity
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of banking clients, maintaining strong relationships across all levels.
- Lead check-ins, troubleshoot platform issues, and handle escalations in real time.
- Oversee contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and drive account growth.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to relay customer insights and advocate for improvements.
- Train client teams on platform functionality and best practices.
- Manage support ticket flow, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
- Coordinate customer events such as summits and user conferences.
- Step in during implementation phases to assist with setup and configuration.
- Draft and distribute release notes to keep clients informed of product updates.
What You Need
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude to troubleshoot SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication and multitasking ability.
- Calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and based within the continental U.S.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- B2B SaaS customer success or account management background.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or product configuration.
- Contract negotiation and renewal experience.
