Schedule
Full-time, remote within the continental U.S. (Eastern, Central, or Pacific time zones).
What You’ll Do
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of banking clients and serve as their trusted advisor.
- Lead support escalations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
- Drive contract renewals and identify growth opportunities in existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs.
- Train client teams on platform use and best practices.
- Track and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
- Support implementations and assist during critical project phases.
- Maintain release notes and communicate platform updates clearly.
What You Need
- Strong relationship-management and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and technical curiosity.
- Calm under pressure; able to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and located within the continental United States.
Bonus Points
- Background in fintech, banking, or SaaS customer success.
- Experience with B2B account management or contract renewals.
- Familiarity with integrations and platform functionality.
