Schedule
- Full-time role, remote within the United States
- Work primarily standard business hours with some flexibility as needed for customer meetings
- Collaborative, cross-functional work with teams across sales, product, data science, and engineering
What You’ll Do
- Help manage a portfolio of enterprise healthcare customers, ensuring they see clear value from Clarify’s solutions
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with stakeholders across hospital, health system, and payer clients
- Provide both on-site and virtual consultative support, including business reviews and regular check-in meetings
- Become a subject matter expert on Clarify’s platform and help train customers on product features and best practices
- Project manage your pool of customers to drive adoption, engagement, and successful outcomes
- Analyze accounts to identify risk, then proactively develop and execute strategies to address service or renewal risks
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales to showcase additional Clarify capabilities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to share customer feedback and influence product improvements
What You Need
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer success, consulting, professional services, or implementation (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare provider, payer, and/or life sciences environments
- Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving, high-pressure environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel, SQL, and/or SAS is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple customer projects at once
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with both customers and internal teams
- Genuine passion for improving healthcare and contributing to Clarify’s mission
