With each new zip code we serve (we’re up to 38,000 now!), we’re one step closer to our goal of eliminating food deserts in America by 2025.
We are looking to add agents to our growing Customer Success Team to assist customers by providing exceptional customer service and support, primarily through email and/or live chat channels. Our team and company are growing quickly!
Day to day tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Answering 100+ customers/day.
- Troubleshooting account management or mobile app questions/issues..
- Address customer billing and shipping inquiries.
- Providing generalized ecommerce product support
- Attend team meetings and other engagement activities.
You Are:
- A keen problem solver with experience acting as the customer’s primary point of contact and a strong desire to jump in and own customer issues from start to finish. Our highest performing agents are self-starters who think on their feet and are comfortable taking the initiative.
- Sometimes you won’t know the right answer, but you’re the kind of person who is always up for the challenge! You rely on your resources and quickly research and craft a response that takes control of the situation and brings the customer in for a smooth landing.

You Have:
- Availability to work weekend shifts regularly. Ideal shift is Saturday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Sunday starting at 9am ET.
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or customer success position.
- Minimum 1 year experience working successfully in a remote capacity.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive relationships
- Ability to rapidly embrace and learn new policies, procedures, or technologies
- Excellent project management skills focused on customer delivery
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize customer success
- Experience using Zendesk, Kustomer, or similar customer service/ticketing platforms
- Experience using Slack and GSuite
- Experience using Zoom or other video conferencing software.
