This position is ideally based near Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA or Atlanta, GA but can also be fully remote. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:

Monitor the support tool for new tickets submitted by customers or on behalf of customers
Provide guidance and best practice methodology to customers using the system
Update and create documentation for the support tool knowledge base to align with customer requests
Recommend to each customer which tools should be used for specific purpose(s)
Train customers on existing applications
About you:

Prior experience troubleshooting questions and resolving issues
Competency in working with Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
At least two years prior experience with the supply chain/technology industry
Anticipated travel around 5%
