As a Customer Success Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with our company. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding support, helping to onboard new customers, and collaborating with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services, and for identifying areas where we can improve our customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, results-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Role Scope:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, or phone
  • Assist new customers with enrollment in the food services program
  • Manage customer accounts and update customer information as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to their orders
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to contribute to process development and project work, ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer issues and trends

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service, technical support or hospitality industry role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability manage multiple tasks
  • Customer-focused and empathetic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
