A client of Insight Global is seeking an entry level Customer Success Advocate to help onboard and enhance customer experience.
Remote Role
Pay Rate: $15 – $17/hr

Required Skills & Experience
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
o Ability to work independently andas part of a team.
o Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
o Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Totango) is a plus.
o Experience answering tickets via email, phone and chat
o Ability to learn new software quickly.
o Strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
– Previous experience in a customer success/ support role
