Schedule
- Full-time, 100% Remote (U.S. only)
- Travel up to 25%
- Pay Range: $60,000–$70,000 base + incentives
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring successful system utilization and adoption.
- Lead optimization initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product performance with customer goals.
- Identify and resolve escalated issues while driving long-term retention strategies.
- Analyze usage and performance data to proactively address challenges.
- Provide best-practice guidance on PerfectServe’s clinical collaboration tools.
- Partner with Account Executives and Technical Leads on strategic account planning.
What You Need
- 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services.
- 2+ years supporting SaaS or healthcare software.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows (preferred).
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build trusted relationships.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
