Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM PST/PDT
- 60-day training period: 6 AM–2:30 PM PST/PDT
- Occasional weekend work as needed
- 100% Remote (select U.S. states only)
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate support through phone, chat, and email
- Research and resolve customer issues using multiple software systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order updates and resolutions
- Handle escalations with professionalism and care, using de-escalation techniques
- Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and feedback in a growing environment
What You Need
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Reliable internet (minimum 75 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and distraction-free workspace
- Ability to multitask, think critically, and solve complex problems
- Residency in an eligible U.S. state (see listing for details)
