Schedule
Full-time | Remote | 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET, Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
Training: 9 AM – 5:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday (60 days)
What You’ll Do
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate support via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot order and account issues while ensuring customers stay informed.
- Partner across departments to deliver the best solutions possible.
- Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Stay engaged through video calls, collaboration sessions, and team development.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
What You Need
- Experience with Office 365 and solid internet navigation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM and reliable high-speed internet (75mbps/10mbps).
- Ability to work designated training and shift hours.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space and wired or strong wireless connection.
- Must reside in one of the approved U.S. states listed in the posting.
