Do you have a heart serving others and a love for the Lord? Are you ready to create customer delight through inbound phone and email experiences? Lifeway is looking for a full-time Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Church Engagement Team!

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (equates to $33,280 per year) + benefits
• Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-5:45PM CT (will work 40 hours/week)
• Expected Start Date: February 1, 2023

This position is fully remote, with twice yearly travel to Nashville, TN for team gatherings.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Build and maintain positive and effective relationships with individual and church customers
• Educate customers on how to use Lifeway resources, products and solutions
• Provide customers with pricing, scheduling, shipping and other applicable information
• Promote, recommend or upsell additional or other resources, events and services based on the customer’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a servant’s heart and a passion to serve others, Christ, and the Church

Qualifications

• Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
• High school diploma or GED, required
• 1 year customer service experience, required
• Actively attend an evangelical Christian church and serve/participate in church events or ministries, required
• Intermediate computer skills, including ability to navigate product databases, data entry systems, internet search and online support tools
• Efficient touch typing and 10-key number typing skills, strongly preferred
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
