Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (equates to $33,280 per year) + benefits
- Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-5:45PM CT (will work 40 hours/week)
- Expected Start Date: February 1, 2023
This position is fully remote, with twice yearly travel to Nashville, TN for team gatherings.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Build and maintain positive and effective relationships with individual and church customers
- Educate customers on how to use Lifeway resources, products and solutions
- Provide customers with pricing, scheduling, shipping and other applicable information
- Promote, recommend or upsell additional or other resources, events and services based on the customer’s specific needs
- Demonstrate a servant’s heart and a passion to serve others, Christ, and the Church
Qualifications
- Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
- High school diploma or GED, required
- 1 year customer service experience, required
- Actively attend an evangelical Christian church and serve/participate in church events or ministries, required
- Intermediate computer skills, including ability to navigate product databases, data entry systems, internet search and online support tools
- Efficient touch typing and 10-key number typing skills, strongly preferred
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
