What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and help customers with plans, upgrades, added services, and billing
- Perform basic troubleshooting for telecom and mobile device issues
- De-escalate frustrated customers while staying calm and professional
- Advocate for the customer by listening and resolving concerns with empathy
- Identify opportunities to upsell or enhance accounts with relevant add-ons
- Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced call center environment
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (must have for upload verification)
- 6 months customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to stay solution-oriented and empathetic under pressure
- Comfort using company-issued equipment (webcam, desktop, mouse, keyboard)
- Reliable hardwired DSL/cable internet meeting speed requirements
- Must live in one of the approved hiring states listed above
