Schedule
- Independent contractor role (not an employee position)
- Flexible scheduling; you choose your hours
- Client operating hours:
- Mon–Fri: 7:00am – 9:00pm CST
- Sat: 8:00am – 6:00pm CST
- Sun: 9:00am – 4:00pm CST
- Must live and work in the U.S. (excluding CA, NY, PA, WA)
What You’ll Do
- Verify caller information and connect them to appropriate insurance providers
- Handle short, fast-paced scripted calls with accuracy
- Support customers through objections with clear, confident communication
- Navigate online systems while assisting customers in real time
- Ensure a professional and empathetic experience on every call
What You Need
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
- Comfort with sales-style communication and objection handling
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability
- A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Legally able to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablets) running Windows 11
- Wired broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps download speed)
- USB headset with microphone (no gaming headsets)
- Mac users must run Windows 11 via Boot Camp (Intel-based only)
Compensation & Benefits
- $0.25 per handle minute (English)
- $0.30 per handle minute (bilingual Spanish/English)
- Minimum guarantee: 37 minutes per hour
- Additional incentives available
- Contract flexibility: 15 to 40+ hours per week
- Independent contractor status (no employee benefits; you manage your own taxes)
