Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Hours of Operation: 8:00am–11:30pm EST, Monday–Sunday
- Schedule changes every 3 months and is performance-based
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- High-speed internet required (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
- Internet requirement: 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- A work computer will be provided (you’ll need a desktop/laptop to complete testing)
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer service and technical support via inbound/outbound calls and/or online
- Use a call flow guide to support customers in their preferred language (English or Spanish)
- Troubleshoot routine technical issues (hardware, software, and client products)
- Track, document, and retrieve customer information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of tech products (smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables)
- Deliver clear, friendly support while keeping the experience professional and efficient
What You Need
- Fluent Spanish and English (read, write, speak)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfort using, explaining, and learning new technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions
- Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge
- U.S. residency with a valid U.S. address
- Availability to work within the stated hours (including evenings/weekends as scheduled)
