What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of 8 offshore customer support reps to deliver top-tier service
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions
- Monitor performance, set goals, and deliver coaching and feedback
- Identify process improvements to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate across departments for seamless communication
- Solve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining customer trust
- Act as a product evangelist, helping customers maximize their use of Promenade products
What You’ll Bring
- Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing or mentoring in a customer support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savviness with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Confluence
- Calm, positive attitude under pressure and tight deadlines
- Friendly, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach
- Prior customer service experience (retail, service, or support) highly valued
Compensation
- $23–$25 per hour
- $10,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)
