Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. CST
- 100% remote
- High-volume, production environment with clear call and quality targets
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls about medical record requests from patients, insurers, attorneys, and providers
- Log accurate details across multiple systems (two-monitor setup) and keep cases moving
- Follow scripts, HIPAA guidelines, and team workflows to hit daily/weekly goals
What You Need
- Call center or high-volume customer support experience (healthcare exposure is a plus)
- Clear, professional phone presence; strong written communication
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel; quick on new web apps and portals
