What You’ll Do
- Assist customers via phone, email, or chat regarding orders, product details, and company policies
- Provide accurate solutions and handle customer complaints professionally
- Explain policies such as returns and exchanges
- Manage orders, returns, tracking, credits, and related tasks
- Keep internal documentation updated and accurate
- Escalate issues to customer service management when needed
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
What You Need
- Fluency in English and Dutch or German (minimum B2 level)
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills; SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
