Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Must reside in one of the approved remote states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
- Two evening shifts per week: 12pm–9pm CST or 10am–7pm CST
- One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls regarding account questions and provide accurate, timely information
- Process routine payments over the phone
- Guide customers toward helpful tools such as the online portal and IVR system
- Identify delinquent or at-risk accounts and route them appropriately
- Resolve customer questions confidently using available resources
- Complete administrative tasks including reports, emails, and office workflow
- Support new hire training through shadowing and feedback
What You Need
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, internet navigation, and email
- Professional phone presence with excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and accurate under pressure
- Solid typing and attention-to-detail abilities
