Schedule
Remote role (must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)
Two evening shifts per week: 12pm–9pm CST and 10am–7pm CST
One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
Phone-heavy role with consistent sitting, typing, and customer conversations
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls about customer account questions and complete required callbacks
- Process routine over-the-phone customer payments
- Guide customers to self-serve options like the online portal and IVR when appropriate
- Explain interest, statements, and other account details clearly and accurately
- Identify delinquent or potentially delinquent accounts and route customers to the right support path while aiming for one-call resolution
- Support administrative tasks such as reports and email follow-ups
- Assist with new hire training through shadowing and progress reporting to leadership
What You Need
- Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, internet, email)
- Professional phone presence with strong written and verbal communication
- Persuasion and negotiation ability without getting messy or aggressive
- Tact and diplomacy for stressful conversations, while still moving the call toward resolution
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance, ability to follow direction, and comfort working with deadlines and change

Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00/hr.
