Schedule
- Remote (must reside in: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)
- Two evening shifts per week: 12pm–9pm CST and 10am–7pm CST
- One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
- Role requires consistent attendance and comfort working under deadlines and change
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls about account questions and complete required callbacks
- Process routine payments over the phone
- Guide customers to self-service resources (online portal, IVR, and other options)
- Explain account details clearly, including interest, statements, and related questions
- Identify delinquent or at-risk accounts and route calls to the appropriate support areas
- Use company tools to drive one-call resolutions
- Support admin tasks (reports, emails, and other support work as assigned)
- Assist with new hire training by shadowing/training and reporting progress to management
What You Need
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, internet, email)
- Professional phone presence with strong written and verbal communication
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail

Pay Range
- $18.00–$19.00 per hour
