Schedule
• Remote, full-time
• Two evening shifts per week: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM CST and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST
• One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
• Remote eligibility: must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle incoming customer calls about account questions and complete callbacks as needed
⦁ Process routine payments over the phone
⦁ Guide customers to available self-serve resources like the online portal and IVR
⦁ Clearly explain interest, statements, and other account details in plain language
⦁ Identify delinquent or potentially delinquent accounts and route customers to the correct team for assistance
⦁ Use company tools and resources to drive one-call resolutions whenever possible
⦁ Support administrative tasks including reports, emails, and other department needs
⦁ Support new hire training by shadowing, training, and reporting progress to management
⦁ Maintain reliable attendance and perform accurately under deadline pressure
What You Need
⦁ Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
⦁ Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, internet, email)
⦁ Professional phone presence and excellent written and verbal communication
⦁ Persuasion and negotiation skills with tact in stressful conversations
⦁ Strong typing skills and attention to detail
⦁ Ability to concentrate, adapt to change, and work well under pressure
