Schedule
• Full-time remote
• Two evening shifts weekly (12PM–9PM CST & 10AM–7PM CST)
• One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
• Must live in an eligible state (multi-state list applies)
What You’ll Do
• Handle incoming calls and assist with account questions
• Process phone payments and explain account details clearly
• Identify delinquent accounts and route appropriately
• Guide customers to online and automated resources
• Assist with reports, emails, and training new hires
What You Need
• Associate degree — or relevant customer-service experience
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to stay composed with challenging conversations
• Computer skills — Word, Excel, email + solid typing speed
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving ability
