Two Chicks With A Side Hustle

We are hiring 10 virtual customer service agents to support the State of TN’s Department of Labor. The agents will be working on solving claims via answering phones in the call center, communicating with claimants through the internal CRM, or making outbound calls to collect information from the claimants. Depending on the needs of the State’s DOL, the job duties may change. 

All agents will work from home. Vaco will provide a laptop and headset for each person.

Candidates will not be eligible for the project if they have overpayments to the State of TN.


  • 2 years in a virtual customer service role (should have experience working remotely)
  • 2 years working in a call center environment 
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Professional communication
