Schedule
- Majority of hours available on weekdays during daytime
- Create your own schedule within client/contract hours of operation
- Independent contractor role (not employment—no benefits, paid leave, or tax withholding provided)
Earnings
- Pay range: $17–$20 per hour, depending on client
- Revenue based on call status when assisting customers
- Incentives may be available based on client or Omni performance targets
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer phone calls and possibly chat/email support
- Provide clear, empathetic service to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Uphold professionalism while representing clients in multiple industries
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Tech proficiency (using software, CRM systems, and digital tools)
Technology Requirements
- Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM (no tablets or Chromebooks)
- Windows 11 OS (AppleOS may be accepted by some clients)
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Wired high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload)
- Windows Defender Anti-Virus installed and active
- Smartphone for daily authentication
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free of background noise
