Schedule
• Full-time remote
• Shifts between 8AM–10PM ET, Monday–Friday
• Weekend availability may be required
• Requires at least 2 years of call-center experience


What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound calls from members and providers about claims, benefits, and coverage
• Resolve inquiries accurately and document details in internal systems
• Redirect calls when needed and maintain professionalism across all communication
• Support special projects and continuous learning initiatives


What You Need
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years call-center experience (required)
• Healthcare or insurance experience preferred
• Strong written/verbal communication + active listening skills
• Ability to work independently and meet quality metrics
