Schedule
- Full-time, remote work-from-home role
- Must reside in one of the hiring states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
- Paid training provided
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with product or service issues
- Document call details for reporting and compliance
- Maintain and update customer records as needed
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented attitude
- Must have a quiet home workspace and high-speed wired internet (DSL or cable only; minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
