- Internet requirements: DSL or Cable only (10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload minimum, no satellite or wireless)
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with product and service issues
- Document call details for reporting and audits
- Maintain and update customer information
- Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer and navigation skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented
