We are an inbound call center specializing in processing mark out requests for excavation purposes. Our mission is to provide fast, accurate, and professional service while supporting safe and efficient operations.
Schedule
- Full and part-time shifts available
- Initial training: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, in-office (Piscataway, NJ)
- On-the-phone training: Begins in-office; remote indefinitely after successful completion (approx. 1 month minimum)
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with locate requests or questions
- Process web tickets and respond to live chat requests
- Monitor and dispatch call-out backup messages as needed
- Present and discuss company services with professionalism
- Accurately type at least 35 WPM while maintaining detailed records
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum data entry speed of 35 WPM (accurate)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Consistent performance meeting or exceeding KPIs
