What You’ll Do
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions via phone, chat, and email with professional, empathetic communication
• Investigate and resolve issues, including billing questions, using sound judgment on when to solve vs. escalate
• Maintain and update customer accounts in internal systems and CRM tools with strong attention to detail
• Partner with teammates and internal teams to deliver timely resolutions and a seamless experience
• Share feedback, help improve processes, and support newer team members through mentoring and collaboration
What You Need
• Associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1–2 years of customer service or client facing experience, ideally in a multi-channel environment
• Strong problem solving skills with a clear sense of escalation vs. ownership
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to build trust and de-escalate tense situations
• Strong organization and detail focus with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
