What You’ll Do
- Provide caring, high quality support on high volume inbound and outbound client calls
- Anticipate unstated client needs and educate clients on program details
- Use active listening and critical thinking to drive first call resolution
- Communicate clearly and confidently, offering practical solutions
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client requests quickly
- Support client retention by building trust and strong product knowledge
- Navigate multiple systems at once, troubleshoot issues, and document everything in the CRM
- Stay current on company policies, program updates, and industry procedures
- Meet and exceed service quality and efficiency expectations
- Use feedback to improve your performance and streamline workflows with the team
What You Need
- 1+ year of relevant call center experience (required)
- Reliable high speed internet with ethernet connection (required)
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning complex systems
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and a people first mindset
- Ability to manage both routine and complex customer issues independently
- Strong time management and task organization
- Distraction free work from home setup
- Preferred: bilingual Spanish
