⦁ Full-time, remote
⦁ Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:30 PM EST
⦁ Must be available during regular business hours for unexpected calls and meetings
⦁ Requires a private, secure workspace and stable internet (minimum 5mbps down / 3mbps up)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Answer incoming calls and provide timely, professional support
⦁ Respond to incoming email inquiries with clear solutions and next steps
⦁ Attend screen share calls with clients to troubleshoot and guide them through the platform
⦁ Help align client expectations with the MyRepChat service and identify opportunities to improve support
⦁ Participate in regular team meetings focused on support performance and process improvement
⦁ Stay accessible during your assigned schedule to handle day-to-day duties as assigned
What You Need
⦁ Customer service experience with strong phone and email communication skills
⦁ Ability to work remotely, stay on task, and manage time effectively
⦁ Comfort learning new software and solving basic technical issues
⦁ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
⦁ Ability to work collaboratively as part of a support team
⦁ A distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection
