Full-time role supporting customers through phone, live chat, and email
Shift expectations may include coverage needs based on customer demand
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions across phone, chat, and email with clear, professional, empathetic communication
• Investigate and resolve issues including billing questions, using sound judgment on when to handle independently vs. escalate
• Update and maintain customer accounts accurately in internal platforms and CRM tools
• Partner with teammates and internal teams to drive timely resolutions and a seamless customer experience
• Share feedback, support team initiatives, and help mentor newer teammates as needed
What You Need
• Associate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (bachelor’s preferred)
• 1 to 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience, ideally in a multichannel environment
• Strong problem-solving instincts with good escalation judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including de-escalation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Organized, detail-oriented work style with the ability to prioritize and stay accurate
