- High volume inbound and outbound customer contact across phone, email, chat, and text

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails, chats, and text messages from current and prospective customers
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to provide support, updates, and follow up
- Help buyers and sellers navigate Cycle Trader, RV Trader, Commercial Truck Trader, and Equipment Trader platforms
- Research customer issues, coordinate with internal teams, and drive resolutions that stick
- Provide product and service support across all Trader Interactive offerings
- Focus on customer retention and satisfaction with every interaction
- Document customer interactions and outcomes clearly and accurately
What You Need
- Experience handling high volume inbound and outbound calls
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams
- Ability to analyze problems in real time and offer practical solutions
