Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PST
- High-volume phone and computer-based work in a structured support environment
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer support tickets, answering questions and resolving issues on existing orders
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls to assist current customers and help new customers place orders online
- Reply to emails from customers, internal departments, and process servers regarding order status, payments, and questions
- Document issues, updates, and findings in Confluence and internal systems
- Visit court dockets to look up filing information and occasionally pull filed documents
- Review orders, investigate issues, and implement solutions to keep cases moving
- Perform repetitive data-entry and document tasks accurately, including PDF/document manipulation
- Anticipate potential issues, help prevent them, and adopt new processes or changes to improve performance
- Take on other job-related duties as assigned to support the Customer Support team and overall operations
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of customer support or call-center experience assisting customers over the phone
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a remote environment using tools like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, phone systems, and PDF editors
- Experience with document handling and data entry, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to transcribe information, review orders, troubleshoot problems, and carry solutions through
- Ability to maintain accuracy and composure in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Proven ability to anticipate issues, adapt to new processes, and continuously improve performance
- Typing speed of at least 55 WPM
