Must live in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
Requires a private home workspace and a wired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up)
What You’ll Do
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service issues
Document call information for auditing and reporting
Maintain and update customer records
Upsell eligible customers on improved products or services
What You Need
High school diploma or GED
Customer service experience preferred
Strong computer navigation skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, listening, and writing abilities
Professional, courteous, and customer-focused
