Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with billing inquiries
- Set up payment plans and process payments
- Provide information on financial assistance programs
- Maintain accuracy and protect patient confidentiality
- Meet call volume and quality standards
- Document interactions and follow procedures for each client
- Schedule callbacks when needed
- Support general admin tasks and team initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and active-listening skills
- Organized and comfortable multitasking
- Ability to follow policies and maintain confidentiality
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
Preferred
- 1+ year phone-based customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Familiarity with medical billing or healthcare support a plus
