What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve issues quickly and follow up to confirm satisfaction
- Document interactions and solutions in CRM systems
- Meet KPI targets and follow internal processes
- Participate in training and continuous learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone
What You Need
- Previous customer service experience or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-comfortable and able to work across multiple systems
Bonus points:
